Last week I got to go back to AMTC's (Actors, Models & Talent for Christ) event in Orlando. It's a talent showcase where tons of kids and adults come out to perform all their different talents. They also have tons of classes where they teach you about performing. I loved it and the best part is I got to meet tons of new people and fans! Check out thepic of me and Ian with some of the celebrities that performed at the showcase. It was great to see some old friends—do you guys recognize everyone? That's Adrian Turner, Chrales Michale Davis, Nicole Smolen, Me (of course!), Dajalynn Sanchez, Noree Victoria, Tim Urban and Sonia Dara.

Here's a picture of me with a fan named Josh who waited 20 hours for me to arrive. He even asked me to marry him. SO CUTE! I loved it! So one of my favorite parts of the video was the amazing wardrobe I got to wear. I got some super special chucks made just for the music video—they even have "Turn it Up" written on them! What do you guys think? I screamed when I saw them for the first time because I was so excited to wear them! Chucks are my favorite shoes anyways, so to get another pair of custom ones makes me feel super lucky. A big shoutout to the very talented BExlusives for designing and making these for me—y'all are the best! 

So I filmed the video for my song "Turn it Up" last week. Here are some behind the scenes pics from the shoot. We all had a lot of fun and I loved getting to have a day at the pool with my team. It didn't even feel like we were working because we got to swim in an awesome pool! Thanks so much for everyone who came out and helped with the video! I’ve been so busy the last few weeks that I don’t even know where to start! First of all, I’m so excited to have officially signed with Purple Ribbon Kidz and work with Big Boi and Jordan Patton! Jordan is awesome and we have tons in common. I feel so blessed and proud to be the first artist on her label. I know I will learn so much from her and her dad, Big Boi, and I'm excited about all the music that I've been working on.  

Purple Ribbon Kidz had their huge launch party at Hard Rock right here in Atlanta a few weeks ago. I had so much fun walking on the Purple Carpet and the entire night was a blast! I got to wear a special dress made just for me! But my favorite part of my outfit were my customized converses. They were (of course) my favorite color—purple—and even had my name on them!

After the big announcement, everything has gotten a little crazy, but I’m loving every minute of it. There were a ton of articles—even on Rolling Stone—and my Neverland video was even on VH1’s “Best Week Ever,” which was so cool! I’ve been rehearsing with my “band of pirates”, working on songs that I think you guys will love. It’s the greatest feeling in the world to perform my own songs and I’m so pumped to get on stage! Stay tuned guys—I have a lot of big things happening this summer and I can’t wait to share everything with you!

About a week ago I had the chance to attend the launch event for the Essence and Pebbles R&B Star. My friend Khalia, some of my team, my parents and my manager Ian Burke all got to go and walk the red carpet. I felt like a total star sipping on the Cranapple Cider from a champagne glass. I also got to see Chrisette Michele perform. She is awesome!

I really loved seeing all the really fashionable dresses and shoes and outfits. There were these performing arts dancers who were like statues that came to life, too cool. I was excited to see Steve Harvey and his wife and had a chance to see Chili again too.

Pebbles was so beautiful and her team kept complimenting my voice (yeah me, crazy). They were nice enough introduce me to a bunch of artists and entertainers she works with. I so love my life. I had a wonderful night, but the highlight was definitely meeting Jermaine Dupri. JD and I even posed for a pic together.

Oh I almost forgot the cupcakes... they were mini and gourmet (and my manager, Ian actually let me have one!) They were totally delicious and cute - with bright pink frosting!

For my "NEVERLAND" video shoot I got to work with a very talented co-star, who, happens to be soooo cute, lol.  All part of a hard days work!!!

Hey!! There have got to be some perks ;)

Working with a co-star on a video shoot can be tough, especially when you are filming and have to get everything right at the same time.  Me, personally, I laugh when I get nervous, which doesn't help me any because I am always joking around!  Luckily, Nathan was totally cool about it and made me feel comfy.  He's s so easy to work with, but that's his thing because he's an actor - And he nailed the video shoot!

It was really cool, we were even styled to kinda match. Awwwwwwww, lol.
