This is Me....
Gabbie Rae is "The Little Girl With the Big Voice". GS Magazine calls her "The Grand Strand's Very Own Child Star". Gabbie Rae has been singing since the age of 3. She first took the stage at age 6 in her first singing competition and won the Gold. At age 7 she took the stage with Famous Amos of Whitesnake and Ronnie James Dio at JR's Fastlane in Providence, RI. At age 8 she was selected by CBS/FOX to appear on The Tyra Banks Show as she was selected by producers as one of the most talented kids in the country under the age of 10.
Gabbie Rae currently performs throughout the Grand Strand and beyond as a full-time entertainer. She performs as a soloist as well as with her band "Gabbie Rae and The Wow Factory". She has also had the pleasure to sit in with The Arlin Strader Jazz Trio. In her spare time, Gabbie Rae is performing as "Hannah Montana" in the area's only "Hannah Montana Tribute Show".
Although Gabbie Rae entertains full-time, she manages to maintain straight-A's and loves school. Truly a Miracle:
Gabbie Rae was born with an under-developed trachea and was diagnoses at 3 days old with Trachealaryngeal Malacia. She had two major throat operations - the first one at 1 month old and the second at 3 years of age. For her first three years it was very difficult for Gabbie Rae to eat and breathe at the same time. After her second surgery - it was like she had never been sick. Gabbie Rae has been given the Gift of Life and The Voice of an Angel. Both Gifts, graciously given to her by The Lord our Savior.
Thank you Dr. Sharon Gibson, Hasbro Children's Hospital, Dr. Lucinda Halstead and MUSC.
My First CD:
In May of 2008, Gabbie Rae released her first self-titled Demo CD. Her CD release party was held at The Myrtle Beach Hard Rock Cafe where she is a regular performer. A portion of her CD Sales from that event were donated in conjunction with The Hard Rock Cafe to The V-Foundation for Cancer Research.
